You — a single person — can download and run the unmodified app on your own devices, for your own private use. You can't redistribute it, modify it, run it at work, or build a service on top of it without a separate written licence. The verbatim text below governs; the summary doesn't.

This software (the "Software"), including its source code, compiled binaries, documentation, assets, and any accompanying files in this repository, is made available under the following terms.

1. Definitions

You: means the individual natural person exercising rights under this Licence.
Personal Use: means use by You, as a single individual, on devices You personally own or control, for Your own private, non-commercial purposes.
Commercial Use: means any use of the Software that is primarily intended for or directed toward commercial advantage, monetary compensation, or business operations, whether or not money changes hands. 2. Grant of Rights

Subject to Your continued compliance with every term of this Licence, the copyright holder grants You a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to:

download the unmodified Software from its official source;
install and run the unmodified Software on devices You personally own or control; and
make local backup copies of the unmodified Software for Your own Personal Use.

No other rights are granted, expressly or by implication.

3. Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit any third party to:

Use the Software for any Commercial Use or Enterprise Use;
Sell, resell, lease, rent, sublicense, or otherwise monetise the Software, access to it, or any service built on or around it;
Modify the Software or create derivative works of it, in source or binary form;
Distribute the Software, modified or unmodified, in source or binary form, including via package registries, app stores, mirrors, forks, or any public or private repository other than the official source;

Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, licence notice, attribution, trademark, or other proprietary marking in the Software;
Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable law or the rights of any third party.

4. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted in Section 2 are reserved by the copyright holder. Nothing in this Licence grants You any right under any patent, trademark, or trade-secret law. No implied licences are granted.

5. Commercial Licensing

If You wish to use the Software for any purpose not permitted by this Licence — including Commercial Use, Enterprise Use, Modification, or Distribution — You must obtain a separate written licence from the copyright holder. See contact for licensing enquiries.

6. Termination

This Licence terminates automatically and immediately, without notice, upon any breach by You of any of its terms. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in Your possession or control. Sections 4, 7, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Not an Open-Source Licence

You acknowledge that this Licence is not an "open source" licence as defined by the Open Source Initiative, nor a "free software" licence as defined by the Free Software Foundation. The Software is source-available for transparency and Personal Use only.

10. Third-Party Components

The Software incorporates third-party components, each subject to its own licence terms (including, but not limited to, the MIT Licence, the Apache Licence 2.0, BSD-2-Clause, BSD-3-Clause, ISC, MPL-2.0, and other permissive licences). Those components are not licensed under this Licence; their respective licences govern them. A complete list of incorporated components and the verbatim text of each applicable licence is provided in the third-party notices, which form part of this distribution. You agree to comply with the terms of each such third-party licence to the extent applicable to Your use of the Software.

11. Miscellaneous

Severability. If any provision of this Licence is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
Entire agreement. This Licence is the entire agreement between You and the copyright holder concerning the Software and supersedes any prior agreement.
Governing law. This Licence shall be interpreted under the laws of the copyright holder's jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, You acknowledge that You have read this Licence, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms. If You do not agree, You must not use the Software.
